How
to Make a Voile Net Curtain with a Choux Heading
Amount
of fabric required:
Allow 15cm at top and 20cm for a double hem. You will need about twice
the fullness (or more if possible) of sheer fabric.
|
- At the top, turn over 15cm of voile and tuck under 2.5cm which will
form the slot (or casing) for your net rod.
- Machine as shown to form the casing. Machine hem at other
end of voile.
|
|
- Push net rod through casing and let the 10cm floppy
heading fall forward.
|
|
- Fit net rod at window and gently tease out the voile
heading with your fingers in a way which suits you.
