How
to Make a 'Handkerchief Tail'
Amount
of fabric required per tail:
Two 90cm squares of fabric.
Trimmings:
3.6m narrow braid to go around four sides of tail. Four key
tassels.

- (a) Stitch two squares of fabric together, right side to right side,
remembering to leave a 15cm gap through which to pull fabric to right
side. (b) Snip across corners to reduce bulk.

- Pull fabric through the gap to reveal
the right side. Hand sew gap together.

- Carefully press straight edges on right side. Sew narrow
braid along four sides and sew a tassel to each corner.

|
- Tie one corner to the end of the pole. Voila!
