Tips & Ideas How to Make a Bed Drape from Voile Amount of fabric required: Use a tape or piece of string to drape over the holdbacks as shown. Remember to allow extra for draping.
To Make and Assemble:
Sew short sides of voile together (overlock if possible or make a french seam)
After fixing holdbacks/sconces to wall above bed arrange voile so that the seam is on the top holdback (unseen) and then loop the voile through the two lower holdbacks. Arrange folds to your liking.
Finish off the effect by draping tiebacks or pom decor over the holdbacks.
Ideas: Use contrast cording with co-ordinating tiebacks for a designer look.
